4.1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

You may cancel a subscription purchase within 14 days of the transaction without giving a reason. To exercise the right, email henkes2max@gmail.com.

4.2. Subscription Plan (Monthly)

• Within 14 days: full refund.
• After 14 days: pro‑rated refund of unused full months upon request accompanied by constructive feedback on the Service.

4.3. One‑Off Analyses (€3.99)

If a report fails to generate or contains a critical technical error, email us within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Otherwise, sales are final.

4.4. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 10 business days.
